Parameter file contents:

 FULL=N
 COMPRESS=Y
 FILE=export.dmp
 BUFFER=40960
 GRANTS=Y
 LOG=EXP_USER.LOG
 FEEDBACK=1000000
 statistics=none
 tables=employees,jobs,countries

then call parameter file with:

exp_parfile=param.txt
